United Nations Triptych

A culmination to my first series of studies of the United Nations was the production of a triptych drawing, bringing together the temporality, history and legacy of the institution as a reflection of the foundations upon which it has been built. Taking Sidney Pollack's assertion that the GA represents a type of chapel to that which is good in the world, my work speculated as to how the speakers podium might rise up upon the wave of history from which the UN has emerged.
